Sales Closer – US Energy Campaign

About the role

Pyramid Connect is seeking experienced Sales Closers to join a dedicated US Energy outbound campaign. You will engage US prospects, present energy‑related offers, and drive qualified leads to a successful close.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US market.
• Present and explain energy‑related offers professionally.
• Identify customer needs, handle objections, and move prospects toward closing.
• Follow the approved sales script and campaign process.
• Achieve assigned sales, conversion, and performance targets.
• Accurately record customer information in the CRM or dialer system.
• Ensure compliance with campaign procedures and TPV requirements where applicable.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of outbound sales or telemarketing experience, preferably in Energy, Electricity, or Billing campaigns.
• Previous experience on a US Energy campaign (mandatory).
• Strong English communication skills with a neutral or American‑style accent.
• Proven objection‑handling and closing abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven sales environment.
