Sales Consultant – Insurance (Karachi)

About the role

Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to join its Karachi office. You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, presenting life‑insurance solutions, and guiding customers toward products that match their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and approach new clients through meetings, presentations and networking.
• Explain life‑insurance products, prepare proposals and manage follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support policy renewals.
• Provide ongoing customer service, address inquiries and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet assigned sales targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective presentation capabilities.
• Customer‑service orientation to build trust and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Relevant experience in insurance, financial services or sales‑focused roles is advantageous.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, meet targets, manage time efficiently and handle multiple client accounts.
• Basic understanding of insurance concepts, financial products and local market dynamics.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field preferred.
