Sales Consultant - Life, Health & Family Takaful Insurance

About the role

EFU Life Assurance Ltd., a private-sector provider of life, health insurance and Family Takaful solutions in Pakistan since 1992, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant in Karachi. The consultant engages prospective and existing clients to understand their financial protection needs and recommends suitable life, health and Family Takaful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings and deliver product presentations
• Follow up on leads to build and manage a customer portfolio
• Prepare personalized proposals and guide clients through the application process
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain accurate sales records
• Contribute to individual and team sales targets while upholding service and ethical standards

Required profile

• Skills in sales consulting and assessing client needs to recommend financial solutions
• Strong customer service and satisfaction skills to build trust and long-term relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Relevant experience in insurance, financial services or advisory roles is beneficial
• Ability to work toward sales targets, manage time and handle multiple client engagements
• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, finance or a related field preferred
• Commitment to ethical conduct and a customer-first approach
