About the role
We are seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to drive real estate sales by generating leads, setting appointments, and guiding clients through project selection and site visits.
Key responsibilities
- Stay updated with the real estate market.
- Work on generated leads, calling to meet daily KPIs.
- Set at least 10 client appointments daily, ensuring at least one meeting per day.
- Determine client needs and financial ability to propose suitable projects.
- Assist potential clients with project site visits.
- Facilitate negotiations with clients.
- Visit different sites frequently.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in business.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication skills.
