Sales Coordinator

About the role

Black Rose is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support its sales operations in Lahore. The role keeps customer inquiries, sales documentation and order follow-up organized so the sales team can respond efficiently and deliver a dependable customer experience. It is an on-site position working closely with the sales team and other internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day sales activities and give administrative support to sales representatives.
• Respond to customer inquiries, share product or service information and route requests to the right person.
• Prepare, update and maintain quotations, sales orders, customer records and related documents.
• Track order progress and follow up with customers and internal departments on delivery or outstanding requirements.
• Compile sales activity updates and keep accurate records in spreadsheets or sales systems.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules and communication between customers and the sales team.
• Identify delays or customer concerns and escalate them promptly to the relevant representative or supervisor.

Required profile

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication for customer and internal coordination.
• Strong organization, prioritization and follow-up skills, able to handle multiple inquiries and orders.
• Accuracy in quotations, customer records and sales documentation.
• Customer-service mindset and tact when handling questions, delays and routine concerns.
• Collaborative approach with sales representatives and other departments.
• Dependable, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and common office productivity tools.
• Ability to learn and use CRM or sales order systems.
