Sales Coordinator

About the role

SK Associates, a construction, interior and renovation company, is hiring a Sales Coordinator in Karachi. The role supports business development, manages client inquiries, coordinates quotations and keeps communication flowing between clients, management and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp and social media.
• Maintain and update client databases, sales records and inquiry trackers.
• Coordinate with estimation and technical teams on quotations and proposals.
• Follow up with potential clients on pending quotations and project inquiries.
• Schedule client meetings, site visits and project discussions.
• Assist the Business Development Officer with lead management and client coordination.
• Track proposal status, client responses and project opportunities.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and keep the sales pipeline updated.
• Ensure timely communication between clients and internal departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service or sales administration.
• Experience in construction, interior design, real estate or related fields preferred.
• Strong organization, communication and follow-up skills; ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks independently.
• Professional English and Urdu.

Required skills

• Good command of MS Excel and Word.
• Email correspondence and basic CRM systems.
