Sales Coordinator

About the role

NeXskill, an IT training institute in Pakistan, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator in the Lahore District. The role supports the sales team and keeps sales operations running smoothly, working closely with marketing, training and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inquiries, maintain customer records and prepare proposals
• Follow up on leads and enrollment processes, and respond to prospective and existing learners with accurate program information
• Help resolve customer issues in collaboration with relevant departments
• Schedule meetings, track sales activities, compile reports and support sales campaigns and promotions
• Work with marketing, training and operations to align sales efforts with organizational goals

Required profile

• Strong sales coordination and sales operations skills to manage pipelines and track activities
• Effective sales and customer service skills to handle inquiries and support learner enrollment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Relevant experience in education, training or IT services sales is beneficial
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets and basic office software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
