Sales Development Executive & Assistant Manager – Corporate HQ

About the role

Airblue’s Commercial department at its Corporate Headquarters in Islamabad is expanding its sales team. Two positions are open – a Sales Development Executive and an Assistant Manager – Sales Development – to drive airline product outreach, strengthen relationships with travel agencies and grow the trade‑partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to promote Airblue’s flight offerings and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain and expand relationships with travel agencies and other distribution partners.
• Support the development of the airline’s trade‑partner network across the region.
• Analyze sales performance data, identify growth opportunities and propose initiatives.
• Mentor and coach junior sales staff (Assistant Manager role).
• Prepare and deliver presentations and negotiations with key partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing.
• Sales Development Executive: 1–2 years of airline sales experience.
• Assistant Manager – Sales Development: 3–5 years of airline sales experience.
• Strong understanding of airline distribution channels, travel‑agency operations and market dynamics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
