Sales Development Executive

About the role

Propstar Technologies is hiring a Sales Development Executive in Karachi to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads and support business growth through prospecting and market research. The role suits someone with strong communication, research and organisational skills who can thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients using online platforms and prospecting tools
• Generate and qualify leads against predefined business criteria
• Conduct outbound outreach by call and other communication channels
• Build relationships with prospects and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and collaborate with Sales and Operations teams on lead handovers
• Monitor sales development performance and suggest process improvements
• Stay up to date on industry trends, market opportunities and competitor activity
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales development targets

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, business development or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research, analytical and organisational abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Preferred: experience in Real Estate, BPO, Tele-sales or Outbound Sales; knowledge of sales funnels and prospecting strategies

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management tools is preferred

Location: Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6, Karachi. Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday, full-time.
