About the role
Brightwheel is seeking a Sales Development Manager to build and lead a new Sales Development team in Pakistan. You will be responsible for driving pipeline generation and shaping a high‑performing SDR organization within a fast‑growing SaaS company focused on early education.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 Sales Development Representatives, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Set and achieve ambitious pipeline generation targets, using data dashboards to monitor performance and identify gaps.
- Implement daily disciplines and process enhancements to boost SDR productivity and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and an excellent customer experience.
- Support SDR career growth through skill development and mentorship.
Required profile
- 2–4+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably managing SDR/BDR teams in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline or revenue targets.
- Experience working for US‑based or global companies with distributed teams.
- Strong analytical, data‑driven management style and familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and elevate sales talent.
