Sales Development Representative (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Scalemill is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join its B2B SaaS sales engine. You will be the first point of contact with prospects, generating qualified leads, booking meetings and helping to grow the sales pipeline for technology companies.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
• Execute outbound cadences and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
• Schedule and coordinate online meetings or product demos between prospects and account executives, handling time‑zone differences.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly outreach targets and keep lead information up‑to‑date in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team lead and account managers to refine outreach strategies and improve messaging.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and persistent, comfortable with high‑volume cold calling.
• Self‑driven, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a sales background.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking prospect interactions.
