Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive – US Market

About the role

We are looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our US‑based B2B construction services campaign. The role involves contacting contractors, builders and construction firms across the United States to introduce our drafting, design and estimation services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US prospects and generate qualified leads.
• Introduce company services, identify customer needs and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Conduct professional conversations with business owners and decision‑makers, handling objections and providing solutions.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and follow up via calls and emails.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in SDR, BDE, outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Township, Lahore.
