Sales Development Representative (Cold Caller)

About the role

Improdata is seeking a confident and motivated Sales Development Representative to join its on‑site sales team. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients, introducing our AI, software development, automation and digital growth services, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using provided lead lists.
• Introduce Improdata’s services clearly and professionally.
• Qualify prospects based on needs, budget and interest.
• Book discovery calls or meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs, follow‑up notes and meeting status.
• Follow prepared scripts while keeping conversations natural.
• Handle objections and keep the dialogue positive.
• Follow up via calls, email or LinkedIn as needed.
• Coordinate with internal sales colleagues on qualified leads.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, conversations and appointments.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills and a confident phone manner.
• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting or sales (preferred).
• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM tools, LinkedIn and calling software.
• Excellent follow‑up, organization and self‑motivation.
• Punctual, target‑driven and able to work on‑site.
