Sales Development Representative (Enterprise)

About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) drives top‑of‑funnel activity for enterprise customers by identifying, researching, and qualifying prospects across key industries such as construction, logistics, hospitality, and retail. Working from the Islamabad office, the SDR executes structured outbound cadences, conducts light discovery calls, and delivers high‑quality sales‑qualified leads to the Account Executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build outbound target lists, segmenting accounts according to the Ideal Customer Profile.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS, mockups) following predefined sequences.
• Conduct brief discovery calls to uncover pain points, urgency, and compliance needs.
• Generate and handoff Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) with complete context in the CRM.
• Engage early‑stage stakeholders such as HR, Ops, Procurement, WHS, and site managers.
• Prepare sample packs, mockups, or pilot introductions as required.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, logging activities, next steps, and qualification notes.
• Schedule qualified demos and meetings for Account Executives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Ability to conduct concise discovery calls and qualify leads against an ICP.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate contact databases and CRM records.
• Comfort with engaging multiple stakeholder groups in enterprise environments.
