Sales Development Representative (Entry-Level)

About the role

Sakaria Industries (Pvt.) Limited, a manufacturer of high-grade, food-safe disposable packaging in Karachi, is expanding its commercial team and hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative. The role suits fresh graduates and people with no prior sales experience, as comprehensive training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Research restaurants, cloud kitchens, caterers and corporate clients across Karachi to identify leads.
• Pitch packaging solutions to business owners through cold calls, targeted emails and direct in-person visits.
• Qualify prospects, understand their needs and book product demonstrations and meetings for senior sales reps.
• Maintain clean prospect records and log daily activities in the sales tracking software/CRM.
• Monitor competitor activity, customer feedback and industry trends to help refine the sales strategy.

Required profile

• Hungry, self-motivated person with a competitive mindset who wants to hit targets and earn incentives.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective clients, handling objections and building rapport in English and Urdu.
• Open to feedback and eager to learn B2B sales quickly.
• Inter/Matric pass or a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; fresh graduates strongly encouraged.

Required skills

• Basic use of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Navigating CRM/ERP platforms.
