Sales Development Representative – Healthcare (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. You will focus on generating qualified meetings with healthcare organizations across the United States through high‑volume outbound prospecting.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–250+ outbound calls daily using power‑dialer tools such as Apollo, JustCall, Elto, Orum, Nooks or Aircall.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging to identify decision‑makers in healthcare organizations.
• Research prospects, personalize outreach, and manage follow‑up sequences.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and CRM records.
• Consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly outreach and meeting targets.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales development or cold‑calling experience.
• Proven experience selling into the U.S. market.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
• Strong objection‑handling and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized and target‑driven.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours (7 PM – 4 AM Pakistan time).
