Sales Development Representative (Healthcare) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team and generate qualified meetings with healthcare organizations across the United States. This remote position works on a US‑focused schedule (7 PM – 4 AM Pakistan time) and offers the chance to develop a pipeline in a fast‑paced outbound environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–250+ outbound calls daily using power‑dialer tools such as Apollo, JustCall, Elto, Orum or similar.
• Conduct high‑volume prospecting via cold calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Identify and qualify decision‑makers within healthcare organizations.
• Schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Research prospects and personalize outreach.
• Manage follow‑ups through structured outreach sequences.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly outreach and meeting targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B sales development or cold‑calling experience.
• Experience selling into the US market.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
• Strong objection‑handling and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized and target‑driven.
• Comfortable working US business hours.
