Sales Development Representative - HVAC Industry

About the role

Huzzle is recruiting a full-time, independent contractor Sales Development Representative with experience in HVAC, home services or construction-related sales. This is a remote SDR role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification and booking appointments for the sales team. You will reach out to homeowners, property managers and business clients, position HVAC solutions and set high-quality meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, SMS and email outreach to generate new business opportunities
• Identify and qualify leads for HVAC installations, maintenance contracts and service agreements
• Book appointments and consultations for field sales reps or technicians
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects in CRM systems
• Follow up with inbound inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in CRM tools
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimise lead generation campaigns
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, appointments set, conversions)

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Enterprise SDR or B2B outbound sales
• Experience in HVAC, home services, construction or property services is highly preferred
• Proven track record in outbound calling and appointment setting
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable working US business hours
• Highly organised, self-motivated and target-driven; able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume outreach environment

Required skills

• CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce); ServiceTitan is a plus
