Sales Development Representative

About the role

Curexly is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to support business development for its web design and web development services. You will be the first point of contact with prospective business clients, introducing our digital solutions and qualifying opportunities for the closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective business clients through outbound calling.
• Introduce Curexly’s web design and web development services.
• Identify client requirements and qualify potential opportunities.
• Schedule meetings between interested prospects and the sales closing team.
• Follow up on prospective client communications as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow‑ups, conversations, and appointments.
• Update lead information and sales pipeline records in the company’s CRM or work‑management system.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams regarding prospective client requirements.
• Support the business development team in identifying new opportunities.
• Work toward assigned activity and appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, appointment setting, customer service, or client coordination is preferred.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with business clients over the phone.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convey information clearly.
• Ability to maintain accurate client and sales records.
• Ability to work in a professional, target‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Basic experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets or work‑management tools.
• Basic understanding of web design, web development, digital services, or IT services.
