Sales Development Representative

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will join QTO Solutions’ on‑site team in Sahiwal, driving the early stages of the sales process for our construction estimating services. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, generating and qualifying leads to feed the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target markets and prospective construction projects.
• Initiate outreach through calls, emails and online channels to qualify leads.
• Maintain and update lead lists and CRM records accurately.
• Present QTO Solutions’ services and arrange introductory meetings or demos.
• Collaborate with business development and estimating teams to tailor messaging.
• Follow up on inquiries, nurture relationships and achieve activity and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Experience in inside sales, lead generation or business development, preferably B2B.
• Prior exposure to construction or service‑based sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a results‑oriented, collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work on‑site in Sahiwal, manage multiple tasks and use CRM tools.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing or a related field.
