Sales Development Representative

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will join RINGO’s outbound sales team in Karachi, focusing on generating new international B2B opportunities. Working night‑shift hours, you will engage senior executives across multiple channels to set up qualified meetings for the client sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and multi‑channel prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn to international B2B prospects.
• Research target accounts, identify decision‑makers and buying roles.
• Initiate conversations, ask discovery questions and book qualified meetings.
• Log call outcomes and pipeline data accurately in the CRM.
• Coordinate with sales team leads and provide feedback on prospect responses and campaign performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of cold‑calling, B2B sales or appointment‑setting experience.
• Excellent spoken English and confidence speaking with senior international executives.
• Ability to work the night‑shift schedule (8 PM–3 AM PKT) and commute to Nazimabad No. 4.
• Submit a short voice introduction confirming location, shift availability and past B2B experience.
