Sales Development Representative

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative at RepStack, you will be a key player in generating and nurturing leads for our digital marketing and SaaS clients. You will work remotely across US time zones, collaborating closely with the sales team to drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers, generating high‑quality leads.
• Conduct 100‑120 cold calls and cold emails daily across multiple channels.
• Nurture leads through personalized interactions and qualify them for sales readiness.
• Understand client needs, act as a trusted advisor, and communicate the value of RepStack’s solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM and hand off qualified leads to the sales team.
• Continuously refine lead generation strategies based on performance insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in lead generation and qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience using sales outreach tools and email automation platforms.
