Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Lahore. The SDR will focus on leveraging LinkedIn to generate high‑quality leads and nurture relationships that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive LinkedIn lead generation strategy aligned with target audience and business objectives.
• Identify, research and connect with potential leads using LinkedIn’s advanced search and other platforms.
• Engage leads with personalized messages, share relevant content, and build rapport.
• Qualify leads through effective questioning, assessing interest, budget, timeline and fit.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation with overall campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze and report on lead generation metrics to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of target audience, industry dynamics, pain points and motivations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Growth mindset and willingness to stay updated on LinkedIn trends and best practices.
