Sales Development Representative

About the role

BGMC Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Lahore. The SDR identifies and qualifies potential customers, generates leads through LinkedIn, email and calls, follows up with prospects, understands their training and certification needs and schedules qualified sales meetings. The role works closely with the Sales Team Lead, Sales Executives, Marketing Team and management to turn marketing-generated and independently sourced leads into qualified opportunities for BGMC's certification and recruitment services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email and cold calling, and follow up with prospects
• Qualify prospects and understand their training and certification needs
• Schedule qualified sales meetings and maintain accurate lead records
• Update the CRM and manage the sales pipeline
• Work toward monthly lead generation and sales targets

Required profile

• Ability to learn the company's services, target markets, outreach process and CRM within the first month
• Consistent lead generation and follow-up by month 1, and steady performance against KPIs by months 2-3
• Improvement in lead-to-meeting conversion and contribution to revenue targets
