Sales Development Representative – Real Estate

About the role

HireMorph is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to support its portfolio of US‑based real estate clients. The role focuses on qualifying leads, setting appointments, and managing the sales pipeline while working on US business hours from an on‑site office in Taxila.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound real‑estate leads.
• Conduct follow‑ups via phone, SMS, and email campaigns.
• Schedule qualified appointments for agents and brokers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update sales pipelines.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve conversion rates.
• Track lead activity and ensure timely follow‑up on opportunities.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Preferably experience in the US real‑estate market.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong objection‑handling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently during US business hours.
