Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

AMZSPARKS is a fast‑growing Amazon agency that helps brands scale through PPC management, catalog optimization, brand management and other Amazon growth services. We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and appointment setting.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified Amazon sellers and e‑commerce businesses.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, cold calling and other channels.
• Engage prospects professionally and schedule meetings with qualified leads.
• Follow up with previous prospects and existing contacts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach activity logs.
• Collaborate with the founder to continuously improve outreach strategies and messaging.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B appointment setting, outbound sales or lead generation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated and highly organized.
• Knowledge of Amazon, e‑commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
• Experience with outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot) is a plus.
