Sales Development Representative (SDR) - B2B IT Outsourcing

About the role

Gateso is looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Pakistan to drive its global outbound sales engine. The SDR does not close deals; they focus on top-of-funnel pipeline generation by identifying target accounts, running personalized outreach and booking qualified discovery meetings for the Managing Director. The work is in person.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate lead lists of ideal customer profiles, targeting Founders, Managing Directors and CTOs at overseas digital agencies and technology startups.
• Run high-volume, personalized outbound campaigns combining LinkedIn messaging, cold email sequences and cold calling.
• Explain the benefits of IT staff augmentation, such as access to specialized talent, avoidance of permanent hiring costs and direct control over project execution.
• Qualify prospects on technical needs, budget, authority and timeline, then book Zoom discovery calls with overseas decision-makers.
• Log daily sales activities, keep pipeline data clean and track outreach metrics in the CRM.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation or telemarketing, targeting Western or Middle Eastern markets (US, UK, UAE).
• Prior experience selling IT services, SaaS, custom software development or staff augmentation is highly preferred.
• Native-level English, written and spoken, able to write concise cold emails and talk with foreign C-level executives.
• Resilience to rejection, self-discipline to hit daily activity metrics and a proactive approach to A/B testing messaging.
