Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will drive new business opportunities for Expertizo by researching, qualifying and engaging prospective clients. Working onsite in Karachi, you will collaborate closely with Marketing and the sales closing team to build a robust pipeline and schedule qualified demos.

Key responsibilities

• Research target companies and decision‑makers using CRM, LinkedIn, Google Maps and other databases.
• Conduct inbound and outbound outreach via phone calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn messages and social media.
• Qualify leads, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and track lead generation metrics.
• Schedule and hand over qualified meetings or demos to the sales team.
• Provide feedback to Marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and cold‑calling abilities.
• Experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting.
• Self‑motivated, persistent and target‑oriented.
