Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound Growth Specialist (Remote)

About the role

AMZSPARKS, a fast‑growing Amazon agency, is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and appointment setting. This remote position focuses on Amazon sellers and e‑commerce businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified Amazon sellers and e‑commerce businesses.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels.
• Engage prospects professionally and schedule meetings with qualified leads.
• Follow up with previous prospects and existing contacts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities.
• Collaborate with the founder to continuously improve outreach strategies and messaging.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B appointment setting, outbound sales, or lead generation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Amazon, e‑commerce, or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
