About the role

PromoGen is expanding its 360 Recruitment & Workforce division and seeks a proactive Sales Development Representative to champion its staffing solutions. You will be the first point of contact for B2B decision‑makers, turning outreach into lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage HR leaders, operations heads, and C‑suite executives across target industries.
  • Execute outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn using a staffing‑first pitch.
  • Qualify leads and schedule high‑quality discovery calls for senior sales colleagues.
  • Position PromoGen’s recruitment and workforce services as strategic advantages.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, logging all activities and follow‑ups in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach cadence.

Required profile

  • Hands‑on B2B experience selling staffing or workforce solutions.
  • Deep understanding of staffing sales cycles, pain points, objections, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to craft outreach that generates responses.
  • Target‑driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting numbers.
  • Self‑starter attitude; proactive in identifying next steps.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales outreach tools is a plus.
