Sales Development Representative (US Market)

About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will focus on generating qualified meetings and sales‑qualified opportunities for SMB and Enterprise Account Executives targeting the US market. Working from Pakistan on US business hours, the SDR will use outbound outreach tools and maintain high data quality in the CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound sequences (calls, emails, LinkedIn) against ICP target accounts using HubSpot sequences and tasks.
• Qualify prospects for pain, fit, urgency, and seat sizing; create SQL deals with complete required fields.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure high meeting‑held rates through confirmation and preparation.
• Maintain clean CRM data with notes, outcomes, dispositions, and next steps for every interaction.
• Collaborate with lead‑gen and data‑ops teams to improve list quality and messaging; share objection insights weekly.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in an outbound SDR, BDR, or inside‑sales role.
• Strong phone skills and comfort with high‑volume activity during US business hours.
• Disciplined use of HubSpot tasks, sequences, and activity logging.
• Ability to research ideal customer profiles and personalize outreach.
