Sales Development Specialist - Cold Caller (US Market)

About the role

Scaylar is looking for an experienced sales professional to reach US-based decision-makers and turn cold outreach into qualified opportunities. The role suits someone with strong American English, persuasive selling skills and a good grasp of B2B technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Run targeted outbound cold-calling campaigns to US businesses, founders, executives and technology decision-makers.
• Present software development, AI solutions and other IT services in value-driven conversations.
• Build credibility and rapport with US prospects through clear communication and active listening.
• Identify client needs, qualify prospects and generate quality opportunities for the business development team.
• Handle objections confidently and convert cold prospects into qualified meetings.
• Meet or exceed targets for qualified leads, appointments, conversion rates and pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage follow-ups and refine outreach messaging.

Required profile

• 4+ years of cold calling, outbound B2B sales and business development in IT services or a related industry.
• Extensive experience engaging US-based prospects and decision-makers.
• Near-native or native-level American English, with natural pronunciation and clear delivery.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets, booking meetings or closing deals.
• Experience with technology companies, software development firms, IT service providers or SaaS businesses.

Required skills

• Exceptional persuasion, negotiation, rapport-building and objection-handling skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, lead management, pipeline tracking and sales reporting.
