About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a Sales‑Driven Customer Support Specialist to combine empathetic problem‑solving with proactive revenue generation. This fully remote position focuses on turning everyday support interactions into sales opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance via phone, email, and live chat, while identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Suggest product bundles and upgrades to increase average order value.
• Convert general inquiries into confirmed sales through relationship‑building and product knowledge.
• Maintain high CSAT scores and meet daily/weekly sales conversion targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven remote sales and customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection (at least 25 Mbps upload and download).
• Dedicated quiet home office suitable for voice calls.

Required skills

• Intel i5 processor or higher (or equivalent performance) on personal PC or laptop.
• Stable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps).
