Sales Executive – AI & Technology Services

About the role

Atomz Digitals is a fast‑growing AI and technology services provider seeking a motivated Sales Executive to generate new business and sell web development, AI automation, chatbot, digital marketing and software solutions. The role is based onsite in Karachi with working hours from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
• Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate AI, web, marketing or software services.
• Conduct product demos, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred; freshers with strong skills are welcome.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented, confident, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Experience in IT, AI or marketing sales is a plus.

What we offer

• Base salary PKR 40,000–70,000 per month, performance‑based commission (2.5% per deal, 5% for sales over £4,000 monthly).
• Incentive bonuses and paid leaves.
