Sales Executive (Back Office) – Vehicle Rental

About the role

A Dubai-based vehicle rental and leasing company is hiring a Sales Executive (Back Office) for its Karachi office. You will support the UAE sales team by handling inbound and outbound customer communications, qualifying leads, preparing quotations and following up with prospects. The role suits an excellent communicator with strong sales coordination skills who can build customer relationships by phone, email and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers by call, email and digital platforms
• Generate and qualify sales leads for the UAE sales team
• Prepare and share quotations and follow up on customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM
• Coordinate with operations and other departments for timely responses to customer needs
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Achieve individual sales and lead generation targets
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer service or sales coordination
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated and target-oriented
• Experience supporting international or UAE-based clients is an added advantage

• Working days: Monday to Saturday
• Shifts: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM (rotational)
