Sales Executive – Creative Services (Part‑Time)

About the role

AlphaEdge Creations, a Karachi‑based graphic design studio, is looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to grow its client base and generate revenue for branding, print and digital design services. The role is part‑time and reports to the Head of Business Development, working closely with designers and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate qualified leads across the Pakistan market through outreach, networking and referrals.
• Conduct client discovery meetings to understand requirements for branding, marketing collateral and digital design projects.
• Prepare tailored proposals, cost estimates and presentations in collaboration with the creative team.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, pipeline stages and client communications.
• Coordinate with designers and project managers to ensure deliverables match client expectations and scope.
• Travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in B2B services or creative agencies.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client presentations and negotiations.
• Ability to prepare proposals, quotations and scope documents aligned with design deliverables.
• Basic understanding of graphic design workflows and terminology.
• Organised, self‑motivated and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Good negotiation skills, pricing awareness and commercial judgement.
