Sales Executive - Development Projects

About the role

The Sales Executive will join MGC Developments' sales team to promote and sell residential and commercial development projects in Rawalpindi. You will engage prospective clients, conduct property viewings, present project details and prepare proposals to close deals. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective buyers for development projects.
• Conduct site visits and property viewings, delivering detailed presentations.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate terms.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Track leads using CRM and update sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year proven sales experience in real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM software for lead management.
