Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Services

About the role

Softsphere Technologies, a Karachi‑based digital marketing agency, is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business for its suite of online services. You will be responsible for generating leads, presenting tailored solutions and closing contracts to achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking and follow‑up on inbound marketing leads.
• Conduct needs assessments and deliver customized proposals for SEO, PPC, social media advertising and website development services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from qualification to contract signing and ensure smooth handover to project delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline status and client communications in the company CRM.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, software or services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
• Strong phone presence, presentation skills and resilience to handle rejection.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with marketing and project teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach.
