Sales Executive - Furniture

About the role

The Sales Executive will be the front‑line representative of our furniture showroom, engaging walk‑in clients and guiding them to the right solutions. You will own the sales cycle from initial contact through quotation, conversion and post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Engage walk‑in clients, understand their needs and recommend suitable furniture products.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and take full ownership of lead conversion.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations in coordination with the Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate client project files, walk‑in logs and records for non‑purchasing visitors.
• Support on‑site supervision during execution, ensuring alignment with design and sales instructions.
• Assist with visual merchandising, display upkeep and showroom cleanliness.
• Share daily activity reports covering walk‑ins, conversions and customer concerns.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused team player.
• Detail‑oriented with good documentation habits.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and converting leads.
• Basic estimating and quotation preparation.
• Experience in on‑site coordination or supervision (preferred).
• Experience in visual merchandising or showroom maintenance (preferred).
