About the role
Media Flare is seeking a confident, presentable, and motivated Sales Executive to join its team. The role focuses on handling both inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with potential clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Good English accent and pronunciation.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- BPO / Call Center experience.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Customer service / call handling experience.
- Experience with UK & US markets preferred.
- Strong convincing and sales skills.
- Target‑oriented and self‑motivated.
- Positive learning and growth mindset.
