About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for Nysonian’s portfolio of global lifestyle brands by managing a disciplined sales pipeline, leveraging AI‑powered prospecting, and closing high‑value deals. The role focuses on building scalable sales engines and delivering measurable impact across the Islamabad market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and activate new revenue streams while owning P&L accountability for assigned initiatives.
• Deploy AI‑driven prospecting and predictive analytics to prioritize high‑intent leads and automate repetitive tasks.
• Manage the full hunt‑to‑close lifecycle with rigorous pipeline hygiene and consultative selling, maintaining 3‑4× coverage.
• Create high‑conversion scripts, battlecards, and A/B‑tested outreach across multiple channels in close partnership with marketing.
• Provide real‑time revenue visibility, pinpoint conversion bottlenecks, and implement rapid‑response tactics to ensure forecast accuracy.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of high‑performance sales experience, preferably in SaaS, FinTech or AI services.
• Proven track record of exceeding personal quotas of $1M+ ARR.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to augment sales workflows.
• Deep proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and experience building automated sequences.
