Sales Executive

About the role

PIB Consultants is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition and nurture partnerships with educational institutions, migration agents, and corporate clients. The role focuses on generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring seamless handover to case processing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and follow‑up.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Deliver professional presentations explaining services, fees and processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and coordinate with compliance teams for smooth service delivery.
• Build and expand referral networks and institutional partnerships.
• Provide timely client support, follow‑up and resolve complaints as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in services or consultative selling.
• Experience in education, immigration or related B2B/B2C sectors is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Customer‑service orientation with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
