Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to join our Islamabad office and expand the customer base for Umrah packages and tourist visa services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for Umrah packages and tourist visa services through calls, walk‑ins and local outreach.
• Manage the full sales cycle including product presentation, quotation, negotiation, booking confirmation and follow‑up.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, community groups and partner vendors to increase referrals.
• Ensure bookings comply with airline, immigration and religious travel regulations while maintaining accurate client records.
• Coordinate with operations and visa processing teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in travel, tourism or related customer‑facing roles with a track record of meeting targets.
• Knowledge of Umrah procedures, airline ticketing basics and tourist visa processes (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Urdu and English.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive religious travel inquiries professionally.
• Strong organizational skills for managing bookings, documentation and follow‑ups.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven mindset with good knowledge of the Islamabad/Rawalpindi market.
