Sales Executive

About the role

Packzeo, a provider of customized packaging solutions for e‑commerce brands, is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships in Karachi and surrounding territories. You will work on‑site, engaging directly with retailers, brand owners and online sellers to present product options and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify leads from e‑commerce sellers, retailers and brand owners.
• Present packaging solutions, prepare quotations and negotiate pricing to secure orders.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including sample approvals, order confirmation and coordination with production for timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, weekly sales reports and pipeline forecasts.
• Conduct regular client visits, deliver samples and follow up until order completion.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned region.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging or industrial supply.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify leads, negotiate and close deals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a willingness to travel within the territory.

Required skills

• CRM discipline – accurate record‑keeping, pipeline management and reporting.
