Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our event management team in Rawalpindi. This full‑time internship will give you hands‑on experience in generating new business, preparing proposals, and closing sales for a variety of events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking and referrals.
• Qualify incoming inquiries, conduct needs assessments and prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and handover to operations.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM with client interactions, proposals and follow‑ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to develop event packages, promotional offers and pricing strategies.
• Represent the company at client meetings and site visits.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence presenting to clients.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and manage client relationships professionally.
• Problem‑solving mindset, adaptability in a fast‑paced events environment and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications – Word, Excel and Outlook.
