About the role

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
• Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Present products and services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
• Negotiate and close deals consistently to meet sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client information and sales activities in Salesforce.
• Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a sales-focused role.
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Excellent client relationship management and proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Effective time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English; Urdu fluency is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or experience in a similar industry are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
