Sales Executive

About the role

Supra BPO is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its on‑site team in Rawalpindi. You will drive new business by promoting the company’s BPO services to UK and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and generate leads through outbound calls and emails.
• Present Supra BPO’s service portfolio, including taxi dispatch, customer support and back‑office solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to proposal preparation and deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align client needs with service offerings.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute to revenue targets.
• Nurture long‑term client relationships, gather feedback and support new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, prospecting and closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client‑facing conversations and presentations.
• Ability to understand and explain BPO services, especially in customer support, taxi dispatch and back‑office operations.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the capacity to work under targets and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in BPO, contact centres or service‑based sales is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience may be considered.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Rawalpindi and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
