Sales Executive

About the role

Assist Gen is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive B2B lead generation and client acquisition for its virtual assistant services. You will identify high‑quality prospects, nurture relationships, and convert leads into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate high‑quality B2B leads using platforms such as Bark, LinkedIn, freelance sites and business directories.
• Research and maintain accurate prospect information, including contact details and business requirements.
• Build and manage a structured lead database using CRM tools (Zoho, Odoo) and spreadsheets.
• Contact potential clients via email, LinkedIn, calls and platform messaging, following approved outreach scripts.
• Follow up with prospects, nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
• Understand client needs and present relevant Assist Gen services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, business development or client acquisition.
• Familiarity with Bark or similar lead‑generation platforms is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and manage a pipeline.
• Experience selling digital, virtual‑assistant or business‑support services is an advantage.
