About the role
The Sales Executive will drive business growth by acquiring new B2B accounts and managing existing client relationships. This role involves proactive prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B accounts through calls, field visits, and networking.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up aggressively to convert leads and meet sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships, gather feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues and internal support teams to streamline sales operations and client onboarding.
- Track pipeline activities, monitor market trends, and regularly report progress to the GM Sales.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience.
- Confident, target‑driven, and proactive attitude with a positive professional conduct.
