Sales Executive

About the role

Logistics Mode Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in its logistics and supply‑chain services. Based in Karachi, the role involves building relationships with corporate clients, understanding their freight and transportation needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities among companies requiring logistics, freight, transportation, or supply‑chain services.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients through meetings, correspondence and follow‑up.
• Gather customer requirements and coordinate with internal operations to prepare accurate service proposals and quotations.
• Present service capabilities, negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines, and support conversion of qualified leads.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, quotations and sales progress.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to strengthen the company’s sales strategy.
• Coordinate with operations, customer service and commercial teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, conduct sales presentations and close B2B opportunities.
• Understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing or supply‑chain services.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to manage multiple prospects and priorities.
• Willingness to conduct client meetings and business‑development activities in Karachi.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with sales tracking tools.
